Change of Mind
Due to the nature of the artwork and small-batch products, I currently do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.
Please make sure to carefully check product details, sizing, and photos before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at nikkisatchellart@gmail.com

Shipping Damage
While every effort is made to package prints and products securely, occasionally damage can occur during transit. If this happens, please keep all original packaging and contact me as soon as possible so I can help resolve the issue.
Custom Commissions
Custom commissions pieces are created specifically for you and therefore non-refundable once work has begun.
However, I’ll always communicate closely throughout the process to make sure you are happy with the final artwork.
